Returns & exchanges

I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the framed insects and jewelry I create and make.  If an item arrives damaged (which rarely happens as they are packed well) during shipping, I will replace it for free.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your purchase for a refund or store credit (less original shipping charges) on any item sold within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, that I am not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. Sorry, I can’t give a refund on custom orders.
