Description
The Mottled Leafwing is a fruit and sap sucking butterflies that has an underside (also available for sale) that is painted in ground colors of browns and grays, which is an effective camouflage when sitting on a tree or the forest floor. It is found from Columbia to Peru. Species name is also sometimes listed as Anaea cyanea
